• Analyze photos of living spaces provided by users
• Generate suggested cleaning steps and priorities
• Help users decide where to start and what to do next

The App provides guidance only and does not guarantee specific cleaning results.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree that:

• You will use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only
• You will not misuse, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt the App
• You will not upload illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content

You remain solely responsible for how you use the cleaning suggestions provided by the App.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The App uses artificial intelligence to generate cleaning recommendations.

You understand and agree that:

• Suggestions are automatically generated and may not be perfect
• The App does not replace professional cleaning services
• You are responsible for evaluating whether suggestions are appropriate for your situation

Unmess is not liable for damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated guidance.

5. Subscriptions and Free Trials

5.1 Subscription Plans

The App may offer auto-renewable subscription plans, including but not limited to:

• Monthly subscription
• Yearly subscription

Subscription benefits may include unlimited photo analysis, advanced step breakdowns, and extended history access.

5.2 Free Trial

If a free trial is offered:

• The trial period lasts for the duration stated in the App
• You will not be charged until the trial ends
• Billing begins automatically after the trial unless cancelled

Free trial availability may vary by region and user.

5.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours beforethe end of the current billing period.

The renewal fee will be charged to your Apple ID account.

5.4 Managing or Cancelling Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through:

App Store > Account > Subscriptions

Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.

5.5 Payment Processing

• All payments are processed by Apple via the App Store
• We do not store or access your payment information
• Pricing may vary by region and is displayed before purchase

6. Refunds

Refund requests are handled exclusively by Apple.

We cannot issue refunds directly.

All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with the App are owned by Unmess or its licensors.

Termination does not affect any outstanding subscription obligations.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

• Availability or uptime of the App

Your use of the App is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Unmess shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the App in the preceding 12 months
